How we got our start...
Our church began as a weekly Fellowship Group in December 2014. It had been a long desire of our Pastor, Elder Mike Turner, to go back to his hometown and preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ...to save the lost at ANY cost.
ABOUT OUR PASTOR
District Elder Mike Turner is a licensed, ordained Pastor in the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. Growing up as a Compton Crip and drug dealer landed him in the penitentiary. In 1989, a childhood friend knocked on his door at the lowest point of his life and invited him to an apostolic church revival. He recieved the gift of the Holy Ghost that very 1st night! He then entered Life Line Outreach Men's Rehabilitation Program and became a renewed man in Christ. Elder Turner married First Lady Andrea Turner in June 2000. Together they have a legacy that began at Family Life Center Apostolic Church in Whittier, CA under Pastor David F. Hernandez. They enjoyed 10 years as Youth Pastors and 6 years as Music Director and Choir Master of the National award-winning FLC Sanctuary Choir. Elder Turner's vision came to fruition in December 2014 as he began Compton Community Fellowship Group. In 2016, the Turners were released with a blessing by their Pastor, Elder Arthur L. Diaz to the PAW, Inc.

WHO WE ARE
Lifeline Restoration Center is a faith based non-profit Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation and Prevention Center for men and women. Lifeline was established in 1976 by Pastor David Hernandez, Senior Pastor of Family Life Center Apostolic Church in Whittier, CA.
Pastor David Hernandez, a former drug addict and gang member, recognized the need for a Christian rehabilitation center which would provide help for men and women all over the country. Lifeline Outreach in partnership with Family Life Center Apostolic Church has been a landmark for many men and women who have chosen the path of restoration through Christ. Families have been restored and lives which have been deemed lost have found a new beginning.
Pastor Mike Turner is a graduate of Lifeline Outreach and now pastors Compton Community Apostolic Church in the city of Compton. Pastor Turner is a living testimony of God's power through Lifeline Outreach. Elder Turner was called to Pastor in January 2016 with a vision to open Lifeline Restoration Center.
DRUG AND ALCOHOL REHABILITATION AND PREVENTION CENTER
It is the mission of Lifeline Restoration Center to provide hope to men and women of today who sincerely desire a change in their lives; also seeking the power of the Holy Ghost to help repair the life that drug and alcohol abuse has destroyed. Lifeline Restoration Center services all county jails and prison systems in the state of California. We partner with the court system, suggesting our program as an alternative to prison or jail, taking men/women under our care, supervision, and treatment for a time stipulated by the court. While in our care, we do not offer any synthetic drug or alternative care. We offer a program which minimizes the symptoms of the withdrawal and increases knowledge, self-awareness, and self-perception of the resident, resulting in a successful rehabilitation.
